Ajit has been a Priest in the Anglican Church of Canada for nearly 24 years, serving congregations both here in Toronto and the Diocese of Europe. He has also practiced law in Toronto for over 40 years, spending thirty-five of those years with the Law Society of Upper Canada, including six years as an adjudicator with the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. After sensing a call to the priesthood in 1998, Ajit undertook theological training both at Wycliffe College and at Nashotah House, from which he received a STM in 2003. He also holds an LLM in Canon Law from Cardiff University. Ajit and his wife Margaret and daughter Gabrielle came to St. Mary & St. Martha in July 2024 and are blessed to have found a home here.
