Alpha is a multi-week course that creates a space where people come and discuss life’s big questions in a friendly, open and informal environment.
Our next Alpha in Mount Dennis start February 28th @ 6:30pm.
We believe that everyone should have the chance to explore faith, ask questions, and share their point of view.
Alpha is a series of sessions exploring the Christian faith. Each talk looks at a different question around faith and is designed to create conversation.
Alpha is run all around the globe, and everyone’s welcome. It runs online, in cafés, churches, universities, homes—you name it. No two Alphas look the same, but generally they have three key things in common: connection, content, and conversation.
What is Alpha?
Alpha is a chance to ask questions and explore the Christian faith in a fun, no-pressure environment. Alpha takes place across eleven sessions with the option of a day away in the middle.
Who is Alpha for?
Alpha is for anyone who’s curious. The fun, free and friendly sessions are designed to encourage conversation and explore the basics of the Christian faith in an open and informal environment. No question is out of bounds and you are free to discuss as much or as little as you wish.
How does it work?
Each session includes food (in person), a short talk, and a discussion at the end where you can share your thoughts.
What if I try it and don’t like it?
If at any point you decide Alpha isn’t for you, that’s not a problem.
There’s no pressure, no follow up, and no charge.
Do I have to pay anything?
Alpha is free.
What happens when I register?
Once you have filled out the form, you will receive a confirmation email. We will then be in touch with a start date for your course and your small group details.
